Before you send
What should I include for an order question?
Include the order reference, the email used at checkout and a short description of what you need. Do not send card details, wallet PINs or passwords.
What should I include for a missing or damaged piece?
Share the kit name, piece number from the guide if available, a photo and your order reference. We’ll confirm the next step.
Should schools use this form?
For a formal quotation, use the school quote form. It asks for group information that helps us recommend the right pack.
