Delivery and collection
We deliver to addresses across South Africa. Collection is shown only when a collection point is active for your order. The methods, prices and estimates at checkout come from the current delivery configuration for your address.
We do not place a standard delivery price in product copy because the correct service depends on the destination, order contents and courier options currently available.
From checkout to handover
Step 1: Enter the destination
Provide the country, city or town and delivery address requested at checkout.
Step 2: Choose an available method
Compare the current delivery or collection options, charges and estimates before paying.
Step 3: Receive order updates
We’ll use the checkout contact details for confirmation and fulfilment messages.
Step 4: Follow the shipment
When the courier provides tracking, we’ll share the reference after dispatch.
Delivery questions
How much does delivery cost?
Enter your town at checkout to see the current methods and charges for that order. Delivery prices are managed in our delivery system rather than fixed in product copy.
Can I collect my order?
If collection is active for your order, it will appear at checkout with the current handover details and estimate.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Cross-border delivery is not offered by default. If an international option is active for your address it will appear at checkout; schools and bulk buyers can also contact us before ordering.
What if my destination is not listed?
Contact us with your town and the kits you need. We’ll confirm whether another arrangement is possible before you place the order.
