We collect the details needed to process and support your order, including your name, email, phone number and delivery address. We use this information for checkout, fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention and record keeping. We send marketing only when you choose to receive it.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. BhoSpark does not receive or store your full card details, banking password or payment PIN. We share only the information needed by service providers that help us process payments, deliver orders, host the service and send transactional messages.

We process personal information in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act and keep it only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations or legitimate business records.
